Capt. Alexander Ruelle, Sr., of Detroit, who has been in ill health for some time past, has disposed of his interest in the Ruelle harbor tug line of Detroit to Alexander Ruelle, Jr. The company's fleet consists of the tugs C.A. LORMAN, I.L. MINER and GRACE RUELLE.
