REVENUE CUTTER ANDREW JOHNSON. -- This new revenue Cutter, built at Buffalo last year, is now lying at Detroit. The following is the kist of officers: Commander, Francis Martin; Executive Officer, C. Everett Webster; Lieutenants, Henry L. Bennett, and Jefferson Slamm; Chief Engineer, Eugene Vallett.
