Disaster.--The schr. Superior, capt. Sherwood went ashore on Cedar Point, on the 9th inst. The passengers and cargo were taken off by the schr. Good Intent, which arrived at this port yesterday. The schooner, we understand, is considerably injured, but the cargo has been safely brought to port.
