...The harbour at the mouth of the River Raisin will soon be improved so as to admit almost any vessel [on the] Lakes. A company of enterprising individuals have undertaken this improvement, and there is no doubt but they will succeed. The steam boat now building at Black Rock will land and receive passengers here....
