      FIRST TRIP. - A new vessel called here yesterday afternoon, called the ALIDA J. ROGERS, on her first trip to Chicago. She was built during the past winter at Conneaut, Ohio, and is a strong built vessel of the larger class. She is owned by Hosea Rogers, Esq., of Rochester, N.Y. - Detroit Free Press
