Bartlett & Tinker, Cleveland warehouse lessees and forwarders, are building up quite a large business with lake package freight lines. Their connections during the coming season will include the Great Lakes Steamship Co., with four steamers, GLOBE, J. W. MOORE, OLYMPIA and CHARLEMAGNE TOWER, operating between Buffalo and Manitowoc and connecting at the latter point with the Wisconsin Central Railway; the Lake Superior Transportation line, for Lake Superior way ports, Duluth and the northwest; the Owen Chicago & Milwaukee line, which is to be operated mainly in connection with the B. & O. Ry., and Grummond's Cleveland & Detroit line.
