S.C. Baker, dredging contractor of Duluth, who recently purchased from R.J. Cram of Detroit the tugs JIM FULLER and CROSBY, together with a dredge and four scows, is preparing to move the entire outfit to the head of the lakes as soon as the weather will permit.
