NEW VESSEL. -- The Express says: " A new fore-and-aft schooner of 160 tons, built at Milan last winter, made her first appearance here on Thursday. She is called the JASON PARKER, in honor of one of our most enterprising business men on the dock, and is one of the prettiest craft afloat. She is owned by John Stevens of Milan, and is to run in the Milan trade. Success attend the bonnie craft.
