The first Arrival.--The schr. Morning Star, capt. Castello, arrived in our port last Friday morning, from Portland, O., laden with whiskey, flour, pork, &c. although navigation has commenced at this end of Lake Erie, we need not expect an arrival from Buffalo before the latter end of April.
