The Lake Serpent.--The steam boat Enterprise arrived yesterday from Buffalo. We learn from the captain of the Enterprise, that the schr. Lake Serpent, capt. Lee, ran upon a reef of rocks a few night since, between Pointe au Pelee island and the Canadian shore, where she bilged and sunk. Her cargo consisted of flour, whiskey, &c. owned in part [by] C.S. Payne & co. and other citizens of this place. The accident was caused by mistaking the channel.
