      The 3 propellers, SAGE, HOPKINS and GAULT, belonging to the Wabash Line are to be sold under the hammer at St. Louis the last of this month. It is reported that the Ogdensburg & Lake Champlain railroad company will try to buy the boats for the Ogdensburg & Chicago route.

      The Wabash line propellers GAULT, SAGE and HOPKINS were nominally sold for $50,000. They are being fitted out and will begin operations May 1, and will run as heretofore. The GAULT will be commanded by Frank Wetmore, the SAGE by Henry Root and the HOPKINS by Walter Cottrell.
