SALE OF BOATS. -- The Detroit Free Press says: "The tug DART was sold on Tuesday by the Sheriff for $620, subject to a mortgage claim of some $2,200 more. She was bid in by Capt. S. Hunter.
      The steamer ARROW was sold at private sale sale yesterday, for an equivalent to $12,000. The tug GORE was taken for $6,000 of the above amount, and the balance $6,000, in cash. Purchasers, Captain Pridgeon, and J. B. Baker, Esq.
