N O T I C E.
      Will be exposed to sale, at Public Auction, on Tuesday the 12th day of July next, at 12 o'clock, at the U. S. Navy Yard, Erie, Pa. the following United States vessels, to wit: the Brigs
      L A W R E N C E, N I A G A R A, Q U E E N C H A R L O T T E and D E T R O I T;
      to be sold as they now lie, sunk or otherwise, in the Bay of Presque Isle; the purchaser or purchasers to give bond with security, to remove the said vessels within the space of six months from the time of the sale, if they in any degree obstruct the navigation. A credit of six months will be given upon one half the purchase money, and a credit of nine months upon the residue thereof, the purchaser or purchasers offering unelceptionable security to ensure payment at the maturity of the bond.
