Port Notes. -- The schooner WATTS SHERMAN, now in the harbor, has had extensive repairs this season at Buffalo, having received new masts, sails, rigging, and a thorough overhaul, at an expense of about $4,000. She is owned by J. J. Bennett, of Vermillion.
