NOTICE

Is hereby given to the owners of unimproved Water Lots between the upper limit of the City of Detroit and the Ox-mill, below, that they are required to come forward within TEN DAYS from this date, agreeably to the provisions of "an Act relative to the City of Detroit," and enter into bonds with approved securities, conditioned for the filling up of said Lots, and making the embankment agreeably to the directions of, and within a period of time to be specified by the common Council; or otherwise the said Common council will forthwith proceed to fill up and embank all such Lots, and sell the same for such period as may be necessary to repay the incurred expenses, as is provided in the act above mentioned.
