      Detroit, June 28 - Papers in the libel suit against the stm. SHAMROCK, which was picked up on Lake Huron and towed to Alpena by the stm. CITY OF HOLLAND, after having been abandoned by her crew, wer prepared here today and will be sent to the U.S. Marshal Tobias at Bay City, who will take them to Alpena. A reasonable amount is mentioned in the claim for salvageand this will be determined by appraisal later. The Thompson Line, owning the CITY OF HOLLAND, will ask the owners of the SHAMROCK give a bond for $5,000. Both the SHAMROCK and and cargo were insured. It is said there were 175,000 ft. of white pine lumber in the hold, besides a quantity of lath.
      The SHAMROCK is owned by the Ryans of Buffalo.
