      Substitute For A Centreboard. - The builders of the schooner NORA, which was originally designed for a propeller, have added "bilge fins" to perform the duties of a centreboard. She is nearly ready for seas and will be commanded by Captain John Griffith. Her measurement is 89-64-100 tons.
