      Mr. John Kelderhouse has about concluded the sale of the schr. THOS. P. SHELDON, which he bought after the closing of navigation last season.

      The schr. THOMAS P. SHELDON has been sold by John Kelderhouse of Buffalo to Clark I. Butts of Cleveland, for the sum of $19,000. It is understood she will be continued in the grain trade. Capt. Arthur McHenry, who sailed the schr. I.N. FOSTER last season, will be master of the SHELDON, and will leave for Chicago today to take command of her. The requisite papers in the sale have not been passed yet.
