Buffalo, August 28.

Rich Cargo.--The Schooner Mariner, Capt. C. Belden, arrived at this place on Sunday evening, from Mackina, with a cargo of 600 packages for Fur, for the American Fur Company, valued at $150,000. This is the largest cargo which was ever brought into this port.-- Journal.
