A dispatch to the Detroit Free Press from South Haven says: The new schooner HENRY COWLES, built by Spooner & Cowles was launched here Thursday.
The schooner A. PLUGGER, which struck the pier and sank last Saturday, went to pieces Wednesday night and is a total loss.
