Kingston, Ont., Jan. 29. - It is stated here that Capt. E. A. Booth, who has been in command of the steamer TORONTO, owned by the Richelieu & Ontario Navigation Company, will be transferred to the steamer KINGSTON and Capt. Redfern of the steamer BELLVILLE will be put in command of the steamer TORONTO. Capt. Booth has been on the TORONTO for the past 10 years, ever since she was brought out. Other changes on the line are contemplated.
