FROM HIGH PRESSURE TO LOW. -- The propeller BERTSCHY, of Chamberlain's Line, has during the past winter been altered from a high pressure to a low. She received a new condenser and patent air pump, which it is claimed will make a saving of 25 per cent, in her fuel. If so the changes will be a good one, as the fuel expense of steamers is a very absorbing item. She comes out today on trial. --- Detroit Post.
