      Milwaukee, Wis., Jan. 28 - Capt. Thomas Dunn, late of the steamer ARCADIA, will command the steamer JOYS during the coming season. The lower lake boats of the Milwaukee Tug Boat Line fleet will be commanded as follows: Steamer HELENA, Capt. James Leask; steamer VERONICA, Capt. William F. Wright; tow barge HELENA, Capt. John Leisk.
