Description
Full Text

Capt. Ephraim Small, last season in the steamer J. M. ALLMENDINGER, has been appointed master of the steamer ARCADIA. Capt. James O'Brien, last season in the steamer R. A. SEYMOUR, will succeed Capt. Small in the ALLMENDINGER. A report that Capt. Marion Tinney will go into one of the Gladstone whaleback steamers is pronounced unfounded by the management of the Milwaukee Steamship Company. He will again command the steamer FRANK L. VANCE, and Capt. Charles Davis the steamer ROSWELL P. FLOWER.
