Raising A Schooner - I hereby give notice, that I shall be ready to receive sealed tenders, from any person or persons who may be willing to contract for the raising of the schooner NEHEMIAH MERRITT, now lying sunk between Dunnville and the mouth of the Grand River. The schooner to be secured in a place of safety, at Dunnville, and pumped out dry. The tenders to be delivered to me, at this place, on or before eleven o'clock in the forenoon, of Thursday the 10th day of May next ensuing, and to express, in writing, the sum in provincial currency, for which the said work will be done. Proper security will be required, for the due performance of the contract, by a specified time.
