Chicago Times. -- Captain William F. Higgie, owner of the schooner G. G. COOPER, which sailed from Quebec on the 18th of last month with deals from Pentwater, will sail about the first of next week for Liverpool, to look after the interests of his vessel on her arrival there. Thus far the COOPER has had excellent weather and fair winds, as stated in a letter from the captain received a few days ago; and if no ill luck befalls her she will arrive at her destination about the 22d inst. It Capt. Higgie does not succeed in securing a good return freight promptly, it is quite likely he will endeavor to dispose of her.
