LAUNCH. -- Captain Falcon's new sloop was launched at Bagley's boat yard yesterday and christened GRACE GILMAN, in honor of one of our Water Street business men. Captain Falcon, who is one of the best known divers, will go to the Mississippi with his fine little craft, leaving here within a week or two.
