Another New Steam Tug. - The proprietors of the old canal boat, formerly used in the harbor as a floating elevator, have taken out the elevator machinery and converted the craft into a tug boat, intended we believe, for towing canal boats on the Montezuma level. We are not prepared to judge of that style of steamboat architecture, but she will probably be appreciated on the canal, and will no doubt do a good business.
