Launch of prop. WILLIAM SEYMOUR, at Goderich on April I4th. 1870. -- A fine new propeller built here for Messrs. Talisman and Dean by Henry Marlton was launched on Thursday afternoon last. When all was ready the vessel was christened by Miss Lizzie McDonald, and after a few blows on the supports, by the workmen, the "WILLIAM SEYMOUR" glided gracefully into what the reporters tern `Her Native Element'! She is 90 feet in length and 20 feet in the bean-- success to her.
