A Card. - Mr. James A. Baker, proprietor of the Marine Railway and Ship-yard, West Oswego, wishes to give notice to his patrons and friends, that the Marine Railway and Canal Railway connected therewith are in both excellent condition, and that he has a class of first rate workmen, under the supervision of Mr. James Navagh, his energetic foreman, whose skill as a mechanic needs no comment - with a large stock of every kind of material on hand for the business, which for prices, terms, promptness and dispatch will compare with any other yard in this city or on the Lakes.
