In MILLER BROS. DRY DOCK. -- The bark WILLIAM STURGES is receiving a new foremast. The schooner FANNY and FLOY, is getting a new bowsprit and the barge PLANET is being thoroughly caulked. Two other vessels are also at this yard undergoing slight repairs
