The Kingston News, says that a fine sloop, named the EXPRESS was launched on Wolf Island on the 26th. untimo.

Launch :-- A launch took place on Saturday last at the new shipyard of Mr. Smithers, Wolfe Island, of a fine large sloop, which was christened the EXPRESS. Mr. Smithers is well known to Kingston as a boat-builder, and the EXPRESS is the first vessel committed to the waters by him in his present capacity of ship builder. A large number of persons were present for the occasion.
