MARINE NOTES. -- The little steamer SAKIE SHEPHERD, which was badly damaged by fire two years ago in Detroit, is being rebuilt at Marine City. She is being lengthened 18 feet. The SHEPHERD has been lying in the Detroit River until taken over by John Stevenson.
