STEAMER De WITT CLINTON. -- This favorite steamer arrived in port yesterday. We scarcely recognized her, so much has she been improved during the past winter. An entirely new Upper Cabin has been added, containing thirty-five airy and comfortable state rooms. The length of her cabin is ninety five feet, and is finished with much taste. Her old commander, Capt. Squires, is known to every body for his good nature, kindness, and courtesy and if any one complains of the De WITT CLINTON, he must be a most inveterate grumbler, and hard to please. --- Chicago Express.
