J.C. Gilchrist of Cleveland, who seems to be reaching for the hundred mark in a fleet of lake ships, is naming some of his latest steel steamers for leading associates in the several steamship companies that he controls. A big steel freighter, launched at Lorain a few days ago, was named for Frank W. Osborne, president of the Pittsburg Coal Co., and a duplicate vessel to be launched a few weeks hence will be named for Frank W. Hart who is at the head of one of the large wholesale millinery houses of Cleveland.
