Steamer #91, named MANCHESTER, owned by the Inter Ocean Transportation Co. will be launched from the Detroit Dry Dock Co.'s works at Wyandotte this afternoon at 4 o'clock. She is 299 over all x 42 feet beam x 22.6 depth of hold. Her engines ar 20 x 42, 32 x 42 and 54 x 42 inches.
