The ITALIA, one of the largest and finest wooden steamers afloat on the lakes, was successfully launched on Wednesday from Morley's yard at Marine City. She is 308 x 42 and owned by James Corrigan of Cleveland. The ITALIA will be towed to Detroit tomorrow to receive her machinery.
