STEAMBOAT AT AUCTION. - The two valuable and well known Boats, with low pressure engines, HENRY CLAY, burden 301 62-100 tuns, NIAGARA, burden 156 92-100 tuns, will be separately sold with their engines, equipments and furniture, at publick auction, in the harbour of Black Rock, on Tuesday, the 15th day of September next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon. Terms, one-fifth of the purchase money in hand, and the residue in one and two years, with approved security, and interest from the day of sale.
