LAUNCH
      [Special telegram to the Inter Ocean]
Manitowoc, Wis., March 30. -- A large and beautiful schooner, named the PENOBSCOT, built by Rand & Burger, of this city, was launched here this afternoon. She is a three-master, and was built for Bradley Bros., and Captain C. M. Johnson, of Milwaukee, at a cost of nearly $20,000. Her dimensions are as follows: - 130 feet keel, 27 and a half feet beam, 9 and a half feet hold, and carries 257 tons.
