Manitowoc, Wis., July 3. -- Barge Launched. -- The SAMUEL STEPHENSON, a large barge built for the Menominee Barge Line Company, by Rand & Burger, was launched here yesterday afternoon. She measures 165 feet keel, 33 feet beam, 12 foot hold. The tug MENOMINEE RIVER is here to take her on her first trip.
