Flotsam & Jetson, April 11. -- The propeller MESSENGER has changed hands, and will run between Manistique and Cheboygan the coming season. She was measured in Chicago yesterday, under the act of Aug. 5, 1182, for exemptions. Her old measurement [gross] was 444.57. The exemption under the new law is 102.95, making her gross tonnage new [net] 341.62.
