The steel steamer SONOMA, building for G.A. Tomlinson of Duluth, was launched at the West Bay City plant of the American Ship Building Company on Saturday afternoon. Mrs. F.P. Chesbrough christened the vessel.

      Home port, Duluth, Minn. 416.0 x 50.0 x 24.0 Steel built. Of 1,300 indicated horsepower. Crew of 21. Freight service.
