TUG SINCLAIR LAUNCHED AT CHICAGO TOMORROW.
Cleveland, Nov. 30. -- The tug JAMES R. SINCLAIR will be launched at the Chicago yard of the Great Lakes Towing Company on Saturday. Mr. Sinclair, who died a few years ago, was one of the best-known tugmen on the lakes. He was with the Dunham Towing & Wrecking Company for a number of years and at the time of his death, was local manager of the Great Lakes Towing Company of Chicago. The new tug is 68 feet keel, 17 feet 6 inches beam and 11 feet 6 inches deep. The keel of another tug will be laid as soon as the SINCLAIR is launched,
