BEING REBUILT. -- The schooner JANE BELL, recently badly damaged on lake Huron by the propeller COLIN CAMPBELL, is in the hands of the Milwaukee Shipyard Company for rebuild, which will raise her rate to A 2. The work to be done besides repairing the injuries sustained in the collision, will consist of two new ends, new centerboard-box, plank-sheer, rail, etc. -- Sentinel.
