The new fishing tug which Messrs. Boughy Y Seymour have been building at their establishment on Dequindre street, mention of which was made in this paper last week will be launched tomorrow. It is for Mr. F. Lincoln of Alpena, and will be called LORRAINE. It will probably start for Alpena the latter part of this week.
