Tonawanda, April 7. -- Mayor William H. Foliette returned yesterday from a trip to Chicago to look after extensive repairs being made to the steamer JESSIE FARRELL, owned by the Pacific Dispatch Company, of which he is manager. The FARRELL will be ready to depart in about two weeks on its first trip of the season. The FARRELL will carry grain from Chicago to Buffalo on the first trip.
