STEAM TUG FROM THE LAKES TO THE ATLANTIC. -- The steam tug UNCLE BEN, that has been in requisition at this port and on the lakes is, we learn, to be taken throught the St. Lawrence to the Atlantic coast to be employed at the Boston Harbor. She leaves here next week.
