SCHOONER M.S. SCOTT AT COWES. -- The Milwaukee Sentinel learns that the schooner M.S. SCOTT, Capt. Biend, of that port, which left in May last, with a cargo of selected lumber, arrived off Cowes, England, on the 25th. of July. The SCOTT was only 15 days from land to land; 25 days from Quebec to Cowes, and 51 days from Milwaukee. But for the prevalence of light winds and fogs, for two thirds of the passage, the time would have been much less.
