SUCCESSFUL LAUNCHING
      HOWARD M. HANNA TAKES TO THE WATER AT CLEVELAND.
Cleveland, April 29. -- Rge new steamer HOWARD M. HANNA was successfully launched at the local yard of the American Shipbuilding Company here today. The new ship will carry about 8,500 tons and will be operated by the Hanna Transit Company, of which Capt. W.C. Richardson is manager. Capt. Thomas Wilford will command the new boat.
