The NEEBING, a steamer built in England for Thomas Marks & Co.. of Port Arthur, Ont., has just been launched. The dimensions are: 256 feet by 42 feet by 25 feet. She is designed to carry a large deadweight upon a moderate draft of water, and at the same time to steam at as high a speed as is found to be commercially satisfactory. She will be fitted with triple-expansion machinery.
